Zemsky is a widely-respected thinker, strategist, collaborator and writer, and a well-known name in many industries. She is an author, featured speaker, presenter, discussion leader or expert source for many dozens of publications and associations including Pest Control Technology, Lab Management Today, Hotel & Motel Management, Orthodontic Products, Today’s Facility Manager, FOX News’ Fox Thing in the Morning, Birding Business and Professional Carwashing & Detailing, Sanitary Maintenance, Amusement Business, Plant Engineering, Executive Housekeeping, Chicago Public Radio’s Eight Forty-Eight and more.

In addition to her business pursuits, Zemsky is an avid real estate investor and property manager, and runs the Transport Department for California dog rescue organization Bichon FurKids, organizing hundreds of volunteer drivers from Sacramento to Tijuana to get rescued dogs to fosters, vets and groomers. She also plays duplicate bridge locally and in regional tournaments -- bridge is a highly competitive game that requires diligence, attention to detail and teamwork.

Zemsky currently splits her time between La Jolla, California and Chicago, Illinois working with clients in both areas and beyond.
