Mona Zemsky is the principal of M.Source, a hands-on and practical marketing consultancy specializing in business-to-business and business-to-industrial marketing planning and execution. In her current role Zemsky acts as a marketing manager for companies that don’t have one yet need one, in order to take advantage of all available marketing opportunities – both traditional and online.

Her background gives her an out-of-the-box outlook on the marketing function in a competitive environment.

Prior to starting M.Source in 2008, Zemsky was Marketing Manager for pest control manufacturer Bird-X, Inc. and its subsidiaries: dental manufacturers Yates & Bird and Motloid, radiant heater manufacturer Indus-Tool and propagation product manufacturer GroForIt. She held this position for 18 years and was instrumental in the three-fold growth of the organization. She managed a staff of 5 and a budget of $1 million.

For nearly a decade concurrent with that full-time position Zemsky freelanced as a business consultant and trade show representative for National Beauty Service, a printer and marketer in the beauty industry. Her early career experience includes hospitality industry marketing for the corporate imaging and positioning agency Duncan & Partners and list marketing for Dun’s Marketing Services, a Dun & Bradstreet company.
